Privacy notice
What happens to your enquiry information.

Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we receive the details you put in the form. These may include your name, work email, optional phone number, the type of help you need and your project description.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your request, reply to you, discuss a possible project and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use an enquiry as permission to send unrelated bulk marketing.
Lightweight source attribution
The form may also record the page you submitted it from, the referring page and campaign labels included in the URL. This helps us understand which pages or campaigns produce useful enquiries. We do not use these details to build a cross-site profile of you.
Form security
To reduce automated spam, the form uses limited network and browser information to create a one-way abuse-prevention value. The raw network address is not stored with the enquiry.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored using the services that operate this website and appear in a private lead inbox. They may also be copied to our customer relationship management system so we can assign and follow up on the enquiry. We have not set a fixed deletion period. We review enquiries and keep them only while they are useful for the conversation, follow-up or reasonable business records. You can ask for earlier deletion.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiry information. It may be processed by service providers that help us host, secure or operate the website, or disclosed when we are required to do so by law.
Security
The lead inbox requires a signed-in, approved account. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please avoid putting passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or ask us to delete it. Some records may need to be kept where there is a valid legal or business reason.
